Anchor: May I now request our class teacher Mrs. Aarti to introduce the theme of today's assembly.
Introduction of the theme by the class teacher
Good morning respected Principal Ma'am, teachers and my dear students. Today's theme of the Assembly is Power Of Habit. Dear students what is habit? In simple words any action done regularly is called habit. We come to school. We attend assembly. We study everyday. These are all habits. Some habits are compulsory and some are based on our wishes. Whether we study everyday honestly or not it's the habit of our choice. Whether we speak truth or help others are habits of our choice. So dear students some habits are good and some are bad.
We cannot control our past but definitely we can control the pattern of our thoughts and deeds in present which are in our habits. Today's deeds can anticipate our future and make our future successful or failure. Students the ball is in your court. We should not forget that good habits will give us successful and rewarding lives where as bad habits will snatch our calibre and happiness. After all our habits will decide whether we are going to experience success or failure.
Thought for the day
Anchor: Thank you ma'am for your words of transformation. Now I would like to call Shishir with today's Morning Thought.
Shishir: 'Watch your thoughts and your thoughts become your words; watch your words and your words become your action, watch your actions and ultimately actions become your habits' I am thrilled to repeat today's thought which is actually the thought of life
'Watch your thoughts and your thoughts become your words; watch your words and your words become your action, watch your actions and ultimately actions become your habits'
Thank You!

Poem Recitation
Anchor: Now here comes Aman to recite a poem on Habits.
A habit is a sticky thing
Much good or evil it can bring;
It binds a victim holds him fast,
And keep him in a vice-like grasp.
Bad habit grows with extra speed,
Much like a healthy, growing weed
The roots grow deep,
The stem grows stout
How difficult to pull it out!
Good habits are a little slow;
They need a lot of care to grow;
If tended well, they grow more fair
Then any bloom a plant can bear.
Good habits help us all through life;
Bad habits bring us pain and strife;
Our habits whether right or wrong,
Each day will grow more firm and strong.

Principal's Address
Anchor: Thank you for such a wonderful poem. Now I would like to request our honorable Principal' ma'am to come and address everyone.
Principal's Address: Good Morning everyone! One thing I noticed throughout the Assembly that everyone were attentively listening to all speakers. Another thing I have come across that the contents were decorated very systematically whether it was speech, thought or poem. The maximum involvements of students really fulfill the aim of our school's assembly. Some students actively conducted the assembly and some contributed to writing section. This is called a teamwork and the first thing we need to develop as a habit to work as a team and as a family. There should be WE feelings as we have seen today. so I congratulate the class teacher and students of 10th for such a wonderful and appealing assembly.
Students as the theme of today's assembly apparently tells us that the habit is Power. Today we have also heard through the poem that habit is a sticky thing. Today we have learnt many good habits and I hope it was crisp and clear to all of you. One more thing I would like to add as a good habit which I found it very effective is to make a habit of doing it now. Most of us have the habit to delay things to tomorrow. There should be no tomorrow in the dictionary of our life. If any work assigned to you then make sure that the work is done as soon as possible. If you are suppose to do any work in the evening do it now. This is very important in anyone's lives. I have noticed the most of you have inculcated the habit of speaking English. I just want that this good habit should be in process. I congratulate students of class 10th and class teacher for presenting wonderful assembly. Well done! I pin my hopes on you keeping in mind that you will inculcate maximum good habits here and in your family Thank You!
National Anthem
Anchor: Thank you ma'am. We are fortunate to have you who always have trust us and lifted up our confidence. You can surely pin your hopes on as as we will definitely engross ourselves in good habits. Before we end today's assembly we class 10 thank all of you for listening attentively to us. Now I request everyone to be in attention for the National Anthem.

Anchor: Now I would like to request our class teacher Mr. Prince Charles to introduce the theme of today's Morning Assembly.
Introduction of the theme by the class teacher
Good morning respected Principal sir revered teachers and my dear students. Today's morning assembly theme is known to all of you i.e.'Be A Voice Not An Echo.' This is a well said quote by Albert Einstein. Loving students you must be knowing about Albert Einstein. He invented electric bulb. Students what do you understand by this quote, 'Be A Voice Not An Echo.' Dear students most of us are so afraid of being different from others that we forget that we too can discover something new. We are all afraid of new work and exposure. It is because we are afraid of committing mistakes. But, to be different from others is not at all wrong. If we can bring something novel or we can discover something new which is helpful for others then it is totally fine to be an initiator. One thing you should not forget that we all have special powers and we are expected to use those powers through our creativity and innovative ideas. So, never and ever fear to lead the way. So sometimes try to be a voice not always any echo. Thank You!
Thought for the day
Anchor: Thank you sir for guiding us. Now I call Alisha with today's Morning Thought.
Alisha: True leaders focus on goals not on people or things. I would glad to repeat my thought- True leaders focus on goals not on people or things. Thank You!
English Speech
Anchor: Moving forward, I would like to call Ashita to deliver today's speech.
Ashita: Respected Principal Sir, my teachers and my friends. I Ashita of class V am here to speak on the topic- The World is a Stage and we are all actors. This line is well said by William Shakespeare. We take birth and come on earth is as similar as we come up on the stage and perform. As we see to it in reality, one in thousands become a champion, one in thousands become a leader and one in thousands become a writer. Those people are not aliens. They are people having same features like us. In fact, these people are as same as we are! But the question arises, how do they become successful? Do they become successful because of their hard work, determination and because of their passion and obsession? What makes them success? Obviously hard work, determination and passion are the important ingredients to become successful but there is something else that we need to understand.
As we class 5th students were discussing amongst ourselves; we jumped on the conclusion that most of the successful people have common traits which is not so common amongst average people. What is that? That is their perspective and vision to think in a different manner. Our mind is a super and inquisitive machine. It always expects from us to think differently. The people who have courage to think out of the box become creative and they are recognised differently. So we should be dare to think differently. The people who have courage to think out of the box become creative and they are recognised differently. So we should dare to think different whatever may be the consequences. Thank You!
